Make my steel caps more comfortable

I wear steel capped work boots most days and these inner soles really help with posture and foot ergonomics.

10 year old netballer with severs disease

My 10 year old daughter loves these inner soles. She plays a lot of netball and has trouble with her growing pains. These inner soles help to ease the pain and provide her cushioning with an arch for her sore feet. I am considering buying them for my own shoes because they are very comfortable.

fast relief

My husband and I have been purchasing these for many years. We use the inserts in all new trainers, sneakers, hiking boots and work boots. They last for the life of the shoe and longer in most cases. Wouldn't be without them!
